( b ) the headteacher , with a copy of the constitution as amended ( or of the new ( a ) the education authority , and constitution it must as soon as reasonably practicable provide — ( 8 ) If , by virtue of subsection ( 1 )( h ) , the Parent Council amends ( or replaces ) its Scottish Schools ( Parental Involvement ) Act 2006 ( asp 8 ) 7 ( b ) to alter any of those functions .
