Namely, a situation where members with higher levels of personal resources tend to have . a lower commitment to kibbutz life than those with lower levels of personal resources . The study used data from 33 kibbutzim with more than 5000 members who responded to questionnaires between the years 1992 The study focused on young . 5991­ members of the 22 ­ 33 age­group about 1000 respondents ) , while the ( age­group ( about 1400 45 ­ 34 respondents ) served for comparison . Personal resources were assessed by several measures such as the level of formal education, holding of public office, self­evaluation in comparison to other members of the same age­ group .
