Policy Paper 176 : Barriers to Integrating People with Disabilities in the Israeli Tech Sectoriv survey of prevalent practices in this field, based on examples from case studies around the world . In addition to the survey, interviews were conducted with relevant players : people with disabilities employed in the tech sector, employers in the tech sector, and officials in organizations that help with job placement for people with disabilities . These interviews were intended to help us understand the day - to - day realities on the ground and the needs and desires of the various actors in the system . The study consists of three chapters .
