Dr . Yifat Oshrat - Fink has served in a variety of positions within the education system over the past two decades . Currently she lectures at Oranim College in the teacher training track , in the Faculty of Education and also in the M . Ed . program for Educational Management and Organization . Her research focuses on the transition of novice teachers from training on campus into teaching in the field and the in - service professional development of teachers to become counselors within the system .
