Rabbi Zvi Yehuda ha-Cohen Kook ( Rabbi Zvi Yehuda , 1891-1982 ) was one of the most outstanding spiritual leaders within the Israeli Religious-Zionist camp of the twentieth century , who even during his lifetime assumed title “ Father of the Knitted Skullcap Generation" ( avi dor ha-kippot ha-serugot ) .
