Introduction Slbawayhi ' s terminology on the subject of the nominal sentence , calls al-mubtada \ includes some technical terms and phrases from the root b-d- \ whose meaning needs some explanation . will attempt to define and explain these terms according to their inferred from the text of the Kitab . The data in the old grammatical sources show that in some Sibawayhi ' s view of this terminology differs from that of some of grammarians .
